![]() Our Goal is to bring to your event, the taste of real, pit-cooked barbecue. We prepare it with the time honored method used in the great barbeque houses and backyards across the southern United States. We cook our barbeque at low temperatures, with real wood smoke, and a dry spice rub. This method takes quite a bit more time and effort, but we believe that nothing can match its flavor and texture, not to mention its pure romance! We hope to share the truly American tradition that is barbeque with you and your guests. And, if along the way we end up having a little fun in the bargain?..... Well, that's OK too! – Woodman What We Do We supply the meats, side-dishes, sauces, seasonings, buns, place settings (with plenty of napkins), serving tables and service. We do not handle ice and beverages, shelter, dining tables or tablecloths. We will need a level area (preferably a hard surface) approx. 400-600 sq. ft., which is at least 20 ft away from flammable structures. Also, we will need a source of potable water for kitchen use. We will be at your site overnight, and will make every effort to be a courteous and neat guest! We guarantee that your guests will be delighted with the “spectacle” of the type of cooking we provide. Indeed, it is as much of a “show” as a meal! You will not be disappointed! I hope to get a chance to see the smile on your face when you taste my “que!”
